Context

A regional fintech wanted to offer monthly digital gold savings to its customer base — but the team’s existing tooling was built for hundreds of customers, not tens of thousands. KYC was manual. Reconciliation was a spreadsheet ritual. Schemes lived in someone’s memory.

How we delivered

We shipped the operator console first — because operations was the bottleneck. Then the customer mobile app, then the auditor surface. Three surfaces, one design system, one API.

AI assists were integrated from week one — drafting customer outreach, flagging anomalous accumulation patterns, and summarising scheme performance for the leadership team.
