Context

A respected 12-branch jewellery showroom group, founded over four decades ago, had grown branch-by-branch — each with its own desktop billing software, its own price-list workflows and its own audit posture.

What started as flexibility became friction. Inventory drift between branches was rising. Karat-based billing errors at peak hours were costing margin. The leadership team had no real-time picture of the business.

A cloud-native, multi-branch ERP designed around the way jewellery actually works — purity, weight, making charges, bullion linkage, hallmarking, exchange flows and GST exceptions, all modeled before a single screen was drawn.

How we delivered

We embedded with the leadership team for three weeks of discovery, mapping the domain end-to-end before touching the design. We then rolled out branch-by-branch with hard rollback gates — first one branch, then five, then all twelve.

Feature flags per branch let us de-risk every change. A small set of synthetic branches in production caught regressions before real branches saw them.

Within six months, billing speed at peak hours was up 62%, stock accuracy crossed 99.6%, and the reconciliation team moved from end-of-day spreadsheets to a real-time dashboard. The leadership team got — for the first time — a live picture of every branch in a single console.
