How we delivered
We embedded with the leadership team for three weeks of discovery, mapping the domain end-to-end before touching the design. We then rolled out branch-by-branch with hard rollback gates — first one branch, then five, then all twelve.
Feature flags per branch let us de-risk every change. A small set of synthetic branches in production caught regressions before real branches saw them.
