Context
A growing multi-branch retailer was scaling fast — adding new stores every quarter — but operating on a patchwork of Excel sheets and disconnected branch software. Pricing decisions took weeks to propagate. Inventory between branches was a rumour, not a number.

How we delivered
We rolled out in waves of five branches, with hard rollback gates and synthetic branch testing. Branch managers were trained inside their own UI — no separate training environments.
Once the system was live across all branches, we layered in an anomaly-detection module that quietly surfaces stock drift and unusual pricing exceptions before they become losses.
What changed in the business
In six months, GMV was up 18%. Inventory drift was down 72%. The leadership team finally had a live picture of every branch in one console — and started running the business as a network rather than a collection of independent stores.
